History and milestones

Radiometer has been providing innovative analytical solutions since 1935.

From the invention of the blood gas analyzer in 1954 to the introduction of the 1st automatic workflow solution in 2005, Radiometer has led the industry in blood gas testing. In 2008, Radiometer introduced the AQT90 FLEX, expanding our product portfolio to include immunoassay testing. Together with our sampler line, IT solution, compliance management, education and support services, Radiometer provides a comprehensive solution for acute care testing.

In blood gas testing, Radiometer is widely recognized as the gold standard. In fact, Radiometer’s analytical accuracy is so highly regarded that other blood gas manufacturers use Radiometer analyzers as their reference instruments.
